So If you think you may be more than 250 points away & planned to use gems to finish, you are better off buying the Mother of Pearl boost. If you remember to collect (since there's no bubble to remind us & we mistake it for ordinary decor) it's over another 1000 points if you were to get it now - 40x4 hours = 240 day x 5.5 days = 1320 points.
