The "watch the video" add for other games, etc, has not connected in weeks. I have used other networks, rebooted my Galaxy Note 5 (which is up to date). Shut the game off and restarted . What am I doint wrong. Why am I not able to get my 10 extra stars???

Please try force closing your game. Also before viewing the video, make sure you game fully loads up when coming back to play.
