* Build the Law Office 0/1 GO | 40 water, 20 fish, 50 wood
Rewards: 1000 coin, 10 xp

Brownies: Now, in addition to bobbins, we'll need just a few things...
Part 2:
* visit the pond 0/5 GO (skip 20 gems)
* Collect fancy wigs 0/5 GO (skip 80 gems)

I find these event quest almost impossible without spending gems.like how do you get mithril without buying dark cave formations.but most of the time I run out of time.

For Part 8, #1, how much do we pay when we click on pay? For Part 2, when we click on tavern, can we not collect bobbins anymore? Sounds like I should wait until community event is over. Thanks.

Pay - nothing, it's just a button click. No money taken.
Bobbins drop till the end of the event. It's not tied to your goals. So, if you want to you can finish the goals, get the reward and then keep collecting bobbins for the individual prizes etc.
