    Problems with bought items from Cherry Blossom Event

    Is anyone having problems with purchasing the delicate tree during the Cherry Blossom Event? Where it confirms that you purchased the tree and you actually put the tree on your game board and then collect from it a few times and then it's just gone from your board and you have contacted customer service who says they don't have a record of you ever buying it, yet you know you did?

    I know I bought it and collected from the tree and now they won't do anything and I'm out 275 gems and at least 600 points I could have collected for the event in the last 24 hours while customer service keeps telling me to look for the item. I'm so upset with this matter.
