Chef hats missing !!!!! :@

i recently got a new iphone and had to start the game all over again (which im ok with, its fun anyway) but on this iphone i dont have the option of gaining any chef hats, they dont even appear under the dishes in the cookbook !!!
WHYY?? this is super frustrating as the chef hats were my main goal when i had my old phone

Hi. They appear at a certain level and
your progress will be added automatically.
I don't remember the level button it is
Somewhere between 10 and 20 I think.
So just go on....

You don't need to start over either. You can transfer your old game to your new phone. Just follow the instructions in the sticky thread on transferring account
