Yep. It's a recolor of Nouveau. Just like Glowstone was a recolored Overgrowth, Sweetie was a recolored Sweet Tooth, and Tribal was a recolored Warpaint. I guess that's their thing now for 'new' dragons.
Although, I suppose recolors are better than rereleasing fairly new dragons or making ugly or low quality dragons. Idk.
