How to remove inactive neighbors

I just recently have been reunited with my bakery story game and I was wondering how to remove inactive neighbors

Go to 'social' and click 'neighbourhood'. Next to the 'your neighbours' title there is a red button saying 'edit'. Click it and remove the inactive neighbours, but be careful to click 'done' when you're finished otherwise you might accidentally remove someone.

Thank you! That really helped me, I started playing in 2015, took a few breaks in between, ended up having many inactive neighbours.
