Retiring old games Imobsters

I play and have spent money on the following games: Ninjas Live, Pets Live, Live, Vampires Live, Zombies Live.

When they go down I will cancel my account. I have no intrest in the other games.

Also I have be*** posting a warning to all storm 8 games in app stores on android and apple that S8 will not support games and that no one should down load them or pay money as the games will be taken down.

As well as the major game reviewers and review sites so they can take this into account in their reviews of S8 games.

I urge everyone else to do so as well.

The more people that write the better the chances of something being done. Do it now. Don't wait for someone else or we all lose.

Being a web systems programmer with over 30 years expirieance I can tell you that there are no maintenance issues as S8 says since the games are written in java and fully portable to every platform they where written for.

They don't change them and java is fully backward compatible.

I Played Imobsters for 5 years and I'm very disappointed that they want to shut it down, imobsters is my favorite game and played it for hours. I will not play any other game but imobsters..

i think the cracks appeared when s8 had to retire the "version 2" and had to get players to redownload the old version again , since then support from s8 has been awful . the ios9 update seems to be the final nail in the coffin ! very tempted to give all the s8 ads clogging up the imobsters app all a one star review . s8 its not good to bite the hand that feeds !

I really don't know what 10/26/15 is going to be like. I've played mobs since 09, other than than a few breaks and vacations I would say I played daily. 6 years daily. It was countless hours of ****ing and listing, farming and talking smack. I built an account that I owned. I spent money on points and s****s, I owned that account. In the end s8 is taking the basket down rolling up the court and taking our ball and going home while saying come check out our other games. I know the money I spent was not toward any real value but like I said I owned it so it had value to me. The "retirement" is a gutshot, everytime I open the game that banner hits me square in the face. My logins are becoming less frequent as each day passes it becomes more and more pointless. So I guess that's it a game that united people from all over the world, I met a few in person, is getting its plug pulled like a lame dog. Doesn't seem right anyway I look at it. **** only needed another year to make 300.

In fact, I have read the terms. I won't presume exactly which part of the TOS you are referring to, since your brief post didn't specify and I am not presumptuous, but let's just say, regardless, of TOS, and the fact that the game may cease anytime and players forfeit any game items, cash, loot etc, when you announce the closure of the game, it is also a good time to STOP selling those same in game items that are to be forfeited.
