Unable to Upgrade Glimmerbat Habitat

I recently purchased the Glimmerbat Habitat while it was on sale and was doing the quest line to upgrade it. Everything went well until I reached "My Little Bat". My knights returned from the Ancient Vault with the Glimmerbat, and I tried to upgrade the Glimmerbat Habitat. Everything seemed fine for a while - the Glimmerbat Habitat had the bat flying around, and the next goal, "Apolly, I Name You" triggered. However, after a while, I get the loading screen, the Glimmerbat Habitat's upgrade is reversed, and I am back to "My Little Bat".

I have tried using another device, and deleting the game and re-installing, but I still get the same problem. I would appreciate if Storm8 could look into this, please.

Glad to see a similar problem. But my case happpened when i upgraded my Habitat from level 1 to level 2. Coundn't do it, the game just has reloaded and my habitat just returned to level 1. So frustrated! Hope the problem will be solved soon.

Hello. Bought habitat yesterday. I am on the upgrade level needing dead wood. Asked my neighbours for it. Next time I checked it reverted me back to the previous upgrade requiring red dye living wood etc. ok, so I gave it again! Then it said back to the dead wood upgrade...I have gotten dead wood from neighbours so that is registering. Checked it again and it's back to the previous again. Don't feel like giving more resources for nothing again. Please look into this. Thanks!

Every time I upgrade it within about 5 seconds the game resets and it's back to its previous state! It's almost as bad as trying to move the Baron's Game Tent (keeps moving to its previous place on the board). I'm hoping someone can clue me in to this anomaly as I'm starting to tear my hair out!! Please help before I'm totally bald!

This has been fixed! The Glimmerbat Habitat will not revert anymore. Sorry about that and thanks for your patience!
