Click expand, select a random quare and you will have a button saying "ask", press there and then select all of your neighbors and then click in the "send" button, when your neighbors receive the request, they will send you a mystic map

You can also get them in the Quest Outpost

Ask friends, quest outpost, and also from spin the wheel which is a common prize

There are also pictures in the above link to show you what to look for.

Its easier to ask your friends for Maps.. you can receive 21 maps a day. Make sure you send a request to Stormie.

For Quest Outpost you are not guaranteed to get maps everytime you send the specific dragon out on a quest.
