People not vanishing off of sanc list?

I seem to be having a problem with people on sanc list. I put somebody on there and two days later, they're still on there. This is a level 12 person with no defenses. Shouldn't take more than a second to ****. I can see them on the sanc list but of course I can't attack them since I put them there. I can attack other people so the sanc list seems to be working, but they're just...stuck there for two days. I don't know what's going on. I know it's not that nobody could win over them or didn't try. You don't go two days with not a single person striking a level 12 newb even once. They just don't seem to be coming down at all, and I don't want to go around sanc'ing random people to see if it happens to them too.

Yup, sanctions are broken again. We really shouldn't be surprised, S8 are pathetic.

Lovely, so while a high level keeps hitting me and ****ing me, I can't sanc them back. Please fix ASAP. I also can't **** anybody on SANC. It says everybody is already defeated.
