The bass is usually caught when you have a hot spot (the swirling circles), but it is somewhat rare. Watch your news stand as I see them for sale quite often. Good luck.Originally Posted by jackieyang9988

If I need Bass, I usually buy it. Whenever you buy something from someone, visit their farm - they often sell more of what you are looking for.
Make sure you have plenty of friends/neighbours to shop from too and check all their shops.
Make sure your quick invite is switched on in settings. Many people have this on and it makes it easy to friend them when you visit their farm. (icon at the bottom)
Try the meat bait and if using a sardine bait click on the swimming fish when fishing. Good luck!
