    Discuss your Restaurant

    Hi Restauranteurs!

Some of us play not just to achieve the goals, but also to create beautiful restaurants and satisfy our own goals.
Here, I would love to read about your restaurant.

What is it that your restaurant does best? Are you a cake shop? Or a fish restaurant or a steakhouse or fine dining?

What about your decor? What does that say about your restaurant? And what are your goals?

Feel free to post pics, if that's allowed.

I will tell you about mine.
I have an Under The Sea theme, although I started long after that goal set had finished. I just wanted that look!
I bought a sushi counter and sashimi block, even though they take ages to cook things etc. it's just what I wanted in my restaurant.
I decorated with jellyfish wall lamps, shell tables and chairs etc.
I have a "nook" dining table in the corner which has a cheese trolley and wine stand and a shell divider. It's also got the only wave table and shell mirror in the restaurant. I imagine it as a special table.

I have recently started my renovations, to include an "outdoor" area. People want that these days.

I just bought a coffee machine, and I can tell you that I have been addicted to this game because getting to level 41 and getting my coffee machine has been top of my mind for days now!

    Please share your stories, friends.
Check my restaurant out and leave feedback too - Cronkers

i don't know how it got so far back in the discussion, but this is the show off your restaurant thread: https://forums.storm8.com/showthread....our-Restaurant if you wanted to post pics there (not that you can't post here too, of course). I'll be posting in a couple days when I've finally gotten my Halloween stuff out and my Autumn theme back! I love going all out with themes - not that other people's places with several different areas aren't also cute.

and, since I can't seem to cut and paste twice...

Anyone that cooks knows that a good kitchen and a team of dedicated staff make for great food. My downtown bistro, The Eatery, is small (saving up for the 13x16 expansion) but growing. If it gets busy enough, I might add a small bar.

Stop by for lunch or dinner (use my forum id). I love to see nice kitchens and decor that doesn't make my head spin while I eat, though a garish pub can also be fun. Post on my wall if you have a really nice kitchen.

I forgot you can't actually get to a particular restaurant unless you send an invite. Sigh!

My pastry chef asked for a marble countertop, but that ugly closeout green was all I could afford.
