I don't see any blue, just greens with a touch of light/white. Maybe a pure green? Or, better yet, it's the replacement for Dawntree! Dawntree was supposed to be a limited Earth Day dragon, right? Maybe they're finally getting rid of the ugly thing!
Looks like the Forest equivalent of Kitsune; with Light as hidden element. Forest + Forest = Hello Dawntree!!

Would be ideal.
My guess is a stone type with a hidden color of green. But seriously TL, SLOW DOWN. Or better yet, focus on that (major) parity issue.
