How to delete STORM8 ID (Account)?

Unfortunately created my the new device a STORM8 ID.
So I don't know restore from my old device, the old Farm Story account, and the old STORM8 ID ((

I would like to delete new unnecessary Storm8 ID...

I wrote e-mail support@storm8.com, but there was no reply

What can i do?
Please help!!!!

hi i accedentaly logged in with my old acount on a new phone but i now my daugter cant create her own acount on it i treid everting deleting game reseting pfhone i wrote a email to strom8support im waiting for there reply if i have the awnser i wil let you know to remove an storm8 id of a phone witout loosing data i hope

If you still have the games on your device, go to one of them and under help you can change your password.

If you do not have access to any of your games
You will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com so an agent can assist in recovering your password.
