-Hawaii Dachshund 12 gems
-Vacation Boxer 7,000 coins buildable requires 10 blue hooks and 10 surfboards, breed time 16 hrs
-Palm Tree 10 gems
-Doggie Surfboard 2,500 coins (bonus +4xp)
Android players will need to install the new Summer Version to see the new items.

Have you tried force closing your game and restarting? It also sounds like you might be low on space/memory on your device. It can sometimes take awhile for your game to load all your pets and items.
I install and play this morning. I buy the new summer dog and the new summer cat with coins.
And one hour later when I came back no more summer dog nor in my shop neither in the market but we can always find the surfbord in the gift!
Is it another bug?
