There is no restart option for these games. If you have another device, you could transfer you're existing game(s) to that one, and then you would have all new games on your existing device. But if you play any other TL, S8, etc games, those will be transferred as well.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM

No info will help you reset/restart, because starting over real-time games like these isn't an option. You've already interacted with other real people and their games, you can't take any of that back. The only way to start over is with a new ID on a new device, or by transferring your current ID to a new device and creating a new ID on your current device.Originally Posted by wildirishrose25
