How to delete nonplaying neighbor for Bakery Story

I'm trying to get rid of neighbors that don't play anymore. I'm tired of sending requests to tons of people only to get a few returns. I would like to get rid of some of the "bad" neighbors and get new one that actually play. How do I delete them?

Main menu > Social > Neighborhood > there's an Edit button right below the word Neighborhood, tapping that will give you Remove buttons, then when you're done, hit it again and they'll turn back into Visit buttons.
