I've been watching my game on a secondary account, Android phone and have noticed that the daily bonus coins are not being added to coins in the game. This has been going on now for several days. Thought it might correct itself, but it hasn't.
Anyone else having this issue or am I special ... LOL!!
If your device has trouble connecting to our servers, it may not load the pop-up message displaying how many Coins you received from the Daily Bonus. However, you should still be receiving the Coins. You can verify this my checking subtracting the amount earned since last visit from your current total of Coins. It should be slightly more than your Coin total the last time you accessed the game (depending on your Bonus amount).

Exactly that. Seeing all the pop ups, no connectivity issues and no coin bonus whatsoever ever since I switched to android. Petshop and (the old) City story are only ones that still gives a bonus for me on android. Fashion, Bakery, Restaurant, Farm I get nothing.
Still having this no increase in coin problem. I receive the daily bonus coins, but what ever the amount is that day, are not being added to my coin total. I've lost a lot of coins because of this.
Two months of no daily bonus here and counting.
I uninstalled and reinstalled my game again and will see in the morning if there has been any change and the daily bonus coins are added to my total. Sure hope so. Wish I had had the foresight to keep track of the amounts, but I didn't. All I know is that it's been happening for quite a while now.
I only get an occasional popup, maybe once every four or five days. No problems connecting. But I only ever get the first day daily bonus. Never yet has it registered that I'm on day >1
I'm still getting the Daily Bonus popup, but uninstalling and reinstalling my game again did nothing to correct the problem I'm having. This morning, the bonus coins were 29199. I clicked the Collect button, but again, nothing happened ... my total coins didn't reflect the addition of 29199 ... there was no change in my coin total. Again, there is NO connection issue, no issue with not receiving popups (I get them all).
Sometimes the coins get added automatically so you will not see your total change after you exit your bonus pop up.
Tomorrow write down your total coins when you are finished playing for the day, then after your pop up in the morning, write down the amount of your bonus, then after exiting out of all pop ups write down your total amount of coins.
If the coins did not get added, please posts all your numbers here.
If you can take screenshots with these numbers, that is even better.
Also post which version of the game you are playing.
