    changing my storm8 id

    hi.. How can i change my storm8 id? I didn't know that when you created your storm8 id, it will automatically be applied to your other games.. My 1st game was the bakery story and i my storm8 id there was BeaBakeshop.. When i downloaded restaurant story and the fashion story,,my storm8 id on bakery story which is beabakeshop was applied in restaurnt and fashion story.. I want to change it if it will be applied to my all games here.. How can i solve my problem..

    You can only have one storm ID on your device. It will be for all your games.

    To change your storm ID, you will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com.

    Hi, is there anyway to put an old ID from an old device to a new device ?

    You will need to transfer. This thread has several ways, or you can email support@teamlava.com
    Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
    and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.

    If you follow the storm8 method in this thread it will transfer your game from your old device to your new one. If you're keeping your old device you can use the log in feature in this thread

    If you need help from support but don't want to email them you can log a job here
