I would like to thank TL for helping me make my decision to buy or not to buy 9 gems to top up my current gem count to buy the barist counter. Thank you for taking away 24 gems in my RS story with the extra appliance unlock gem trap, it has helped me made my decision to spend my money on another app that knows how to respect their customers by having a confirmation button on items in the game that requires real money. So keep your barist counter and other magnificent items to yourself, I will play for free and nothing magnificent that you design will make me spend my real money. Not to mention, your every plot of gem trap in FS has reinforce many players to play for free as u advertised for as well.

The exact same thing happened to me! I was wondering where my gems had disappeared to, and I just realized they went to add another appliance. The weird part is I didn't even see the message that pops up because the whole time the game said it was loading and the screen froze.

I replied to this thread yesterday but my post is gone now. I was a little heated when I typed it so TL probably deleted my post. Well I just wanted to say I've had 2 gem traps & 34 gems total have been stolen : ( The last time it was the appliance slot thing too! I never saw the transaction take place... Just POOF the gems were gone. I emailed TL but they said I bought it so too bad. After losing 34 gems that I spent real money on, I made the decision to stop buying gems.

I used to buy gems, but I lost count of the number of times I bought them and they "disappeared" within hours of purchase, without playing the game. This has happened on multiple devices and I am DONE! My husband has forbidden me to buy anything else from these crooks. Shady business practices indeed. Don't they want happy customers? We all could go review the game in the app store and tell the public the honest truth.
