What is this and what can i do when i ve a baking Assistant ?

I searched every page of this thread and don't see an explanation of what this is and how to gift one when you receive a request from a neighbor.

If you receive the request, just click on Accept. That sends it.

To send a request for a baking assistant, when you're in the goal screen that asks for it, click on the Ask button and select a neighbor. Then wait until your neighbor clicks the Accept button on their end and it will complete that goal step for you. It's not like requesting a new neighbor!

Yes, click to Accept sends those parts. You ask for them from within the goal task list like I described in my previous post.

I have sent 5 request for assistant. All 5 says they accepted. No goal
Just says visit them. ?
