Using more than one register?
Ive been playing bakery story for awhile now, and I just bought a new cash register. But there's no person to man it! I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong here or if you just cant have two registers at a time.

You can only have one operational register. If you split your store into two stores(using 2 doors) where ppl can only go to one of your stores,
then you can put something behind the second register and it will be used.
I did this, but I did not see any increase in sales or number of customers .

This is how i think it works....
If you have one door and two cash registers... You will have one avatar (person behind the cash register). The avatar will be behind the register that is closest to the door. Customers will only go to the register closest to the door.
If you have two DOORS and two cash registers... You will still only have one avatar (behind the register that is closest to the door). BUT... Customers will use BOTH cash registers (they will go to the register that is closest to the door they came in).
Both my registers are in the same area (not sectioned off) and customers go to both my registers. You need two doors to make two cash registers work.
If you want a second avatar for behind your second cash register you can buy an Irish waitress or a mermaid statue or something like that. Some people have bears or penguins as their checkout person.

I have Miss Confectionery as my checkout person. I just have one register though.

Do we earn More money by having 2 registers?

If you have a efficient setup you can earn more with additional registers. You need smaller spaces where they travel less.
