Question Host Table for Sale... no hostess for hire?

I bought an additional host table, however... my assumption another host/hostess would appear was proven false. Is there a limit on the number of hosts? Is there a way to get another host? All the places I've visited only have one so I suppose they sold it back but I'd really like two considering how quickly the people come in sometimes!

I did the same thing. I bought an additional host table in order to get another host, but it ended up being a waste of 20,000 coins (ouch). I sold it back after realizing that I was not gonna get another host from it. I need another host because my people at my restaurant aren't getting seated quick enough and then getting mad and leaving. Another suggestion I have is maybe "closing" your restaurant when you run out of food automatically so the happiness ratings (or whatever its called) doesn't hit 0 every night. If these were fixed I would really enjoy this game.

The host represents YOU. He/she has no other function. And as there is only ONE you, you can only have ONE host.

The reason why you can purchase more host tables? DECORATION. Perhaps you change your colour scheme and would like the host table to match? BUY A NEW HOST TABLE. Tada! It's not "get more than one host". -_- It's DECOR.

As I said, the host serves no other function than to represent you. He/she isn't going to help you seat your customers quicker... which, by the way, is not a legit reason for them to get angry and leave. -_-

How many tables/chairs do you have? You need at least 24 tables/chairs that are UNBLOCKED to allow your customers to sit down. That will get you a 100 rating. It's as simple as that. And always have food out, of course. Most people stay at 100 and always have food out OR close their restaurant when they're busy cooking.

I played tiny chef first, and still kinda do but it's gotten boring. I like the social aspect of RS a lot more. Tiny chef is so lonely now that I have most things completed.

I do like their concept of waiters though. It adds an element where serving tables matters since waiters have to get to customers on time and waiters also clean up tables. Right now there's only a host working and plates just magically appear and disappear. It'd be fun if there was someone in the kitchen too actively cooking up food and walking around.

    Red face Another Host Option

I believe you can add another host After you add an additional door; however, you will want to make sure you have a good amount of tables and chairs to accommodate the crowd.

I have two doors and just put a second host table out to see, no second host, just the table stood by itself.
