how do I build the ice cream maker?

I bought the ice cream maker on bakery story, the tall blue one, and it says to build it with help from my neighbors. Could anyone tell me how I do this? I can't find where it says what parts I need, or how to ask my neighbors for them. Thank you!!

One suggestion for building any of the appliances - try gathering parts as gifts before you build or while you're working to level up to a level that lets you buy another appliance. The parts are stored on TL's servers and you can gradually build up your inventory of parts so that by the time you buy a constructible appliance, you have enough parts to build it immediately instead of waiting. Or, if you don't have enough and need to send out materials requests to your neighbors, decline all food gifts until you get all the parts you need. Otherwise, you'll hit your 20-gift maximum and your 20-part maximum while you still need parts and your neighbors can't send them to you until the next day. I've done this for the last 2 CAs I've built and it's been painless because I already had enough parts to build the appliances. I didn't even need to send out materials requests.

I don't like to have a lot of neighbors, and not all my neighbors will send parts. So I don't decline the food gifts. I just don't accept them and they'll sit at the bottom of the gift list and eventually drop off as new gifts arrive. That way if I don't get my 20 gift parts for the day, I can accept the food items at the end of the day.
