IMobster popups and other glitchiness?

My storm8 ID is tinyteaspoon, i have the latest version of RS and am playing on an (I believe) up to date iPad 1.

I know that the pop-ups are a part of the game and I can usually ignore them because they pop up once in a while and it's not so bad. However, after a glitch that happened this afternoon, that pop up appears every 2seconds (literally) while trying to play the game and I feel like I can't do anything!

The glitch that occured just after i had stocked up on food and exited the game for 10mins. When i came back, all my food was gone. I didn't think anything of it because I had received the money for that food. Right after that, the pop ups would flash incessantly every few minutes. Essentially, i can play the game for about 5 mins before the pop ups start-- i usually get about 5-6 in a row of the imobster pop up and it's keeping me from playing the game properly. I've tried downloadong imobster but the pop ups continue to attack my screen.

Is there some sort of bug going on with the game or are they supposed to pop up that much? Please advise (or at least look at the bug?)

they should not pop up that much. try restarting your device. If still a problem, delete the game and redown it from the app store. you will not lose your game.

Oh and if it makes a difference, I also play BS and the incessant pop ups don't occur in that game at all-- just in my RS game.:/

that is why I think either restarting or deleting and re downing may knock the glitch out. Also you go ahead and download the game on the pop up. You can then delete it if you do not like it.
Once you download the game, the pop up usually disappears.

Ok restarting seems to have calmed the pop ups down a bit. Unfortunately, the pop ups did not stop once i downloaded iMobster. :/ oh well! Was worth a shot! Hehe
