After earning Ocarina when Dichromic dragon hatched, went to Spell Shop only to see there were no uses for it there, they were there before but now are gone.They need to be put back in Spell Shop.

During tales the ocarina image shows in the right side bar and it contains the number of days it will be around. it usually stays about 3 days after tales ends and it leaves at 10 am PDT. It has been working that way for a long time.
I guess you could write to support and explain why you did not claim it earlier and they may give the reward you ask for. Gl
Update..oops my mistake. I forgot there's more days left for ocarina. So they did it again so a note to support is still what you need to do. Sorry
UPDATE ... It has been more than a few hours since S8 notified and ocarina choices still missing in spell shop. why can't the staff check that everything is in place? That takes very little time and avoids so much backtracking.

I just sent a note to support about this. With all of the mistskes that they made and finally fixed, I find it amazing that this wasn't discovered and fixed too...sigh...Originally Posted by kirby52
There is about 12 hours and 30 minutes before the Ocarina expires yet still the needed rewards for completing the tales event has not been fixed! They were in the spell shop when the tales event ended and leaderboard started. The rewards were obviously taken out in error. That has to affect many players. Well it looks like it will expire before it gets fixed, not very happy about it, you go through ALL of the Tales ( which was riddled with errors) only to get a slap in the face at the end…and this is after I sent in two tickets from two different accounts and even PM Elsa ..
So whats the point of doing things …what a waste the game has been these last two events..
First thing, sorry I was confused a bit on my first reply to you about the ocarina. As you say, riddled with errors AND the tournament was broken too which for me broke my bingo so I could not play from Friday nite on. All this got me discombobulated.
So I absolutely agree with you. I too sent support tix for ocarina and my bingo and PMs. All were ignored. If s8 cannot deal with the tickets they receive in a timely manner then they should extend the deadlines.
Yes, they should redo the ocarina timer and add 3 days and put the options back in spell shop...and pop up frequent notices about that too.
In the past when I lost farm boosts they would try to add them to my count but having 8 I need to use some before getting new ones but they would read my note and reply could not give you 10x so gave you 2x...sigh great reward and that's after I would ask for confirmation because sorry I do not trust they will actually reimburse the boosts. Hence my idea of new deadline for ocarina and that should be easier for them to do I think then individual boosts per player. Thought occurs that once ocarina expires knowledge of who earned it is gone too and s8 is loathe to give anything extra..
It is a sad state of affairs that pixels of Elsa's note about doing better aren't 'dry' and they mess up again on very end of tales. And forget to put LB quests in too.
