Problems with tournament started Fri 4/11

I have been getting constant reservations while trying to do first round of tournament.
The battle will either let me do the moves to win and then hesitate and screen will darken.
When I exit arena the battle is not counted. I have a bingo goal active for 1 battle and each victory still says 0/1. The last go around adds insult to injury and not only did not credit win but set timer so I need wait 1 hour to try again.

I guess tournament dragon is demise but nothing shows just spinning wheel and if I tap I for info that's completely empty no Pic no colors no description.

Please fix. Battles are needed for tales !!!

It is not just during the tournament. I too have had constant resets but not just in battles. I have had resets doing battles on 3 islands, have had resets in the spin to win and everything else that I have tried to do. My wifi is perfect and my device is working just fine using the internet etc With all of the issues with the latest tales, wiill it even be possible to win the needed battles for that?

I finally got a win to give me a finish for bingo...but bingo is now in a loop. It says finish, I tap and collect and can select another box. Then a few secs later it reverts to finish the goal.

More importantly, I go to battle expecting round 2 and what! It's round 1 all over. And battles for tales start for me tomorrow.
If this stays as is, without using gold to skip battles no one will be able to finish tales by Monday night.

Elsa mentioned about possible compensation for the mess at the start of tales but i have not seen anything. Now with this...
S8 should just give players the last dragon And the ocarina And some gold for players needing to use gold to catch up with chapters and acts. For all the frustrations you have caused thats the very least you could do.

Oh and probably the tournament dragon..infinite battles of round 1 will not finish this tourney any time soon.

Well I have had many battles today and won all of them yet, I am still on round one!!! . The tales event requires you to win 9 battles over 3 days. When you keep winning and getting reset, that just might pose problems It is beyond frustrating
