    Support info

    I can log into my support account but can not complete the form as it will not allow me to enter or use a drop down to complete the form for Topic or Category.

    I am able to view previous requests and fill out other areas of the form. I tried this previously without success and gave up that time.

    I had success with several requests previously.

    I tried several different devices and browsers to see if I encountered the same issue. The help form system worked perfectly on: Firefox, Chrome, Safari and through the game's help menu (Menu>Help/FAQ>scroll to bottom>"My Question wasn't answered here">Contact Support).

    However, I couldn't get the dropdowns to show on Microsoft Edge so it seems there is an issue with that specific browser - it may be happening with others but those are the ones I happen to have installed at the moment. If you can use one mentioned above, you should be able to complete your request without issue.

    Thank you. I use Safari on iPad. I had a number of discussions with Support previously and can log in ok. Could you please send me the exact link. I did use the link in the post by Rynestory.

    I will just begin trying to build again. I used to be able to complete goals but have not for quite a while.

    @KadeeDid - If you can please use the form that SpiritWind provided to fill out a ticket. You may need to log out of your Support account on the browser in order to fill it out, if your account is experiencing issues. If you can, please share screenshots of what the form looks like from your Support Account so our team can investigate this further.
