What happens to the rest of the Storybook? Can we have extra days to make up for the massive error?

The crafts have been fixed in the Spell Shop. Thank you for your patience and my sincere apologies for the time you've lost on progressing in the event.
The Darkness Slices not dropping during breeding isn't resolved yet. I'll let you know when I have an update.

about 2 hrs ago , i was on ch4 act 4 to craft gothic bloom. that's when i found out my quests did not bring in the right items. (i had arranged 2x 1st quest, 1x 2nd quest beforehand)
do i get the right item with quest i sent out abt 2 hrs ago? has this been fixed yet?
if that's the case and no time refurbish for the error (first it was 'collect from breeding' quest), as i still cannot bred the new common dragon , i might just stop trying for this tales
just collect, it still gives me superb story.

If you read thread mine closed there are posts there like yours and S8 knows about this trying to fix but do not know if they will do anything to help us with time and things we lost. Just have to wait. I am in same spot as you.

- Spell Shop crafts have been fixed and the recipes now require the correct parts.
- Darkness Slices now drop when breeding Dragons.
- The Quest Outpost adventures named "Spread Shadows" and "Own the Night" will now drop the correct items.
- Storybook task rewards have been updated to give the correct items.
If your event progress is blocked, please submit a ticket through support.storm8.com. For example, if you can't craft a Dragon because you received the Storybook prizes with the incorrect items and therefore don't have the Markers you need.
I crafted a dark trellis and put it out and now it tells me I have to craft another? So I won?t get second dragon. I was so close. So, are we not able to complete tales?
Having a few problems. Had to battle rather than breed. Made that mistake twice.
