Is there a fix for the free gem video not uploading? About 3/4 of the time I click the button for the 5 free gems (by watching ads), it won?t load. There seems to be no rhyme of reason as to it not working.

If you are playing on an Apple device, open Settings, go down to the bottom and open Apps, go down on right hand of screen and open Safari, then go down the screen and tap on 'Clear History and Website Data. Get back in game and videos should play.Originally Posted by Snoopiedoo
