The drop rates for the poppy shrub is low too. I don't know if it's worse to make the shrub in the arboretum or to keep the 40 poppies on the board. I am only spawning one bat per lava formation. At $100K a pop, that doesn't really seem fair when you need 40 gems to level up. I'm half way through this and the diminishing returns of this .... I don't know. This one seems a bit too much. I normally don't mind the boring, tap tap tap games they make, but this seems to be without reward. And expensive. And to answer the person above, I see that the lava formation is only available for 3 days, too but I'm sure they will extend because this game is going to take forever to complete.

To answer the 2 posts above...

You can collect from any shrub or flower as they all drop the flower. You do need 1 Iceland shrub to clear the goal but after that any flower/shrub. If you've expanded to some of the island of Audra plots they give shrubs and the one that drops red petals is the best one I've noticed so far.

The timer in the featured tab of 3 days is only so those items stay in that tab. After the expiry those items will be available in the nature (Most likely) tab. They're going to be available forever now.

This is going to take a long time. I suggest you make sure to collect from ancient mine twice a day. It drops a lot of unique things you will need. Also keep collecting from the old Gnomish mine. I am averaging less than one magling per lava formation and have spent 6 million so far. I just got the ancient mine to level 6.

Also, WARNING, don't try to make more than one of each. I just wasted a bunch a resources making a second white hot magmaling and can't collect. Grrr, should be more clear!

What level is your mine? My minions (only have white and red so far) drop a Magma jewel every time and occasionally have dropped Lava Faerie.

My White Hot Magmaling has been dropping the same flowers as bushes, red jewel (usually from gnomish mine) and magma jewel.

I made only 1 of the white hot magmailing because in the featured tab it says max 1

Could you please explain again how you manage to spawn another magmaling?
I have tried that but nothing happened. May be I understand it wrong.

What I did : I spawn a magmaling from the Lava formation, **** it, and then do directly to harvest some mine blooms. But no magmaling...

The magmaling spawns are random, even collecting from the mine blooms. But I wanted to point out there is a possibility of a spawn, and to not have a monster parked when collecting from them. Not that one automatically can spawn one from the blooms.

My playing style is, I often keep a monster parked so I don't get an unwanted spawn when collecting from other things. But with magmalings being a random spawn, we need every chance at getting one we can. So knowing that the mine blooms may also spawn one, helps a bit.

Is that just your suspicion, or have you experienced this after buying one ( or more) with gems.
It sounds like it could be a glitch. If I recall correctly, those gem purchases usually prove to have beneficial drops.
