Items Selling Way Too Slow

I submitted the following request:

I'm having an issue with Fashion Story for iOS. It is updated to the current version 1.5.5. I have had the same items in my boutique for weeks and they never sell out. I'm unable to order any more clothes because my store is so full and the quantities go down in the tiniest increments. I have tried blocking off a majority of the racks so that customers are limited to only a few. I hoped this would make those few racks sell out, but they are STILL full more than 24 hours later. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue? It is really ruining the game for me.

They closed the ticket without answering. All they said was "Support does not answer gameplay questions or give gameplay hints. Please visit the Community Forums to ask questions and get help from the community."

Is anyone else having this issue? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I have a similar issue. stuff does seem to take a little longer to sell.I swear it seems like when they do sell, I’m not getting all of the coins for sales. It is really hard to make any money on the game. It wasn’t like that when I started playing a few years ago.

It kinda seems like they are hoping we will just stop playing soon lol. I'm almost ready to delete. I've literally had the same items for over a week.

Are you sure you have enough dressing rooms, mirrors,and cash registers to accommodate the amount of items you are trying to sell?

I would suggest placing your dressing rooms and mirrors where your customers can access them easier without having to walk too far from the racks. Place them closer to the clothes. That's may help.

You don't have enough dressing rooms and mirrors. Also, place the dressing rooms and mirrors closer to the racks and tables, as I mentioned to Anco8.

I realized that the game just doesn't shut down fully even when I force quit the app. I never received daily bonuses and I would have the exact same number of coins when I reopened the app. The game reopens at the exact same moment I left off and is unable to process in the background.

I tried deleting the app overnight and reinstalling it which fixed the issue completely. After reinstallation I was able to receive a daily bonus and I saw a huge increase in coins. Unfortunately the issue returned the next day and I had to delete and reinstall it again. So it looks like the game just can't function properly anymore without being deleted so that the app can truly shut down.

Pretty disappointing since I'm not interested in continually deleting and reinstalling so will have to stop playing.
