It has a 12hr timer, and you need 13 of these.
So you will need 6.5 days from its’ placement in Goal 7.

Unlocking increases each day:

Day4 - 40gems
Day5 - 50gems

Day8 - 80gems
Day9 - 90gems
Day10 - 100gems

That?s hard to give an exact figure on - as everyone?s kingdoms (/gem and energy stockpiles) are different.
Also impossible to determine what timers you should gem through and what would be better...
