I think thats an excellent idea! I have some repeat items that I would love to trade for other things. This is a gret idea!

Also, I'd like to see "collectables" and "goals" like in restaraunt story. More Badges and More contracts. Bakery, Restaraunt, Fashion, and Nightclub Story get new recipies/ clothes every week! ...

Due to the increase if city cash items, TL needs to make it easier for players to EARN cash. This is a FREE game after all.

I also meant to vote for the last one. I think that is a great idea. There could be 1/4 tiles (1/2 is not realy a correct name) with the signs and lights.
