There is limit on how many items you can hold before you need to collect them. Try collecting a few from the juicer and you should be able to craft. If your juicer has no items ready to collect then...

Players can always upgrade a grocer to increase the amount of ingredients they can get with each collection, this should help reduce the amount of time they need to complete these side goals.
