So my coins now past 41 mil, and the solution was 【REINSTALLED THE GAME】, I'm so lost lmao, I think the game itself has issues/bug tho, I'm ridiculous :p Thank you Rynetory2 for helping. ^^
Done reinstalled, so now I just have to wait for my coins get near to 40,890,000 to see if that works.

Cause there's a new goal realeased few days ago, I spent some coins on the ovens and stuffs, so the coins decreased.
