I've noticed that the accounts where I haven't spent any real money do have the free gem videos while the ones where I've spent some money don't. So I think this might be the reason why some players...

I think the grass tile came with one of the android versions a while ago. So you probably didn't update that one account with that version. I also have another restaurant and it doesn't have a grass...
