There's nothing that can be done about accidental purchases. Sorry.

The game is no longer receiving updates and there won't be anything new added in the forseeable future.

They are no longer adding new content to this game, so there will be no new updates in the foreseable future.

There's no way to reset your game. If you get a new phone, you can start the game over.

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game on your phone.
