The Watering Hole is a one time use only item from the market.
I also think the one goal has the items you craft and the drop item backwards in the To Do list. It shows the truck as being from the Studio and the tent as being made in the Studio. I read this to mean the truck is a drop item and the tent is made from drop items or items you make in other buildings (such as the Kitchen). When you go to the studio, the truck is what you see as an item to make.
Can someone from LOWER LEVELS please verify.
