Train Wants Watermelon Fuel

I just got a train that wanted 7 Melon Fuel from the new Fancy Factory. My son said he got Melon Bags request from his train. I'm years away from being able to expand to the new factory and my son will never get there. I don't think these unobtainable items should be in the train, unless the person has already expanded to the factory.

I pushed a fix that will prevent these requests from appearing in future order requests.
