You get them from advancing on monthly events. For example we are working on Dragon Tales where they are rewards for completing chapter goals. Breeding for sure, sometimesQuote:

No, hun, those ended when they brought out the tropic waters for the Daycast dragon. If you go to your goals menu, you can get some bonus tropic waters to help you get a good start for this month, though.
