Free Gems Not Earned

There?s a button at the top that says ?Free Gems? where you can do some tasks to get gold. Most of them have worked, but I purchased something and did not receive the gold. There?s used to be a button where you could contact the company who ran it and you could submit proof, but I can?t seem to find that now.

Can anyone tell me how I can submit proof of my payment for my gold?

Please forgive me if this has already been addressed, but I can?t seem to find the answer.
