Gameplay on another device (Handy) is deleted

Hello, can anyone help me?
Ma gameplay on another device (Handy) isn?t longer possible (2days). My data has been complete deleted.
What can I do to reaktivstem them?
I?ve completely erased the Game from My Phone and reloded it.
However I can no longer access My existing account. I have to Play the game only from new start/begin. 😭🙏🏻🙈🤷🏼*♀️
