Castle story won?t open!

I have not been able to log onto the game for a month now. It?s very disappointing after playing this game for so many years. Can anyone help?

It hasn’t been that long for me,only 2-3 weeks I think.( THIS time) .
I’ve lost track. No one has given me any useful information. They contacted me once and said they would check into it I have played for several years and it’s very disappointing that a business is treating their customers this way.

Have you guys updated the game? I thought that was supposed to help with some bugs.
