Goal Completed But Prize Was Not Received?

I completed the The Irish Pub & Grub main goal but didn't get the Pub Trivia Night decoration item. Usually when I complete that part of the goal, I get one of the final prize decor as the reward, however, this time it is only unlocked for me and I need to purchase it for 65 gems in order to progress in the extra goal after that and unlock the Clover Shepherd's Pie recipe on Phoebe's Oven.

Is this an error that I didn't receive the Pub Trivia Night decor and can it be fixed so I can at least get the Clover Shepard's Pie recipe unlocked? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
