Milestone did not give me 5000k food at 7.5k point mark cannot send help ticket

Hi just reporting I never received my apples at the 7.5 k points mark and I was counting on that food to evolve a few dragons for points in the LB event. I can?t send a ticket either because the stupid site keeps saying that I need to allow cookies. I AM ALLOWING COOKIES! They?re not blocked I even checked double checked and checked again, erased all my history and everything and nothing works the S8!support site to send in a ticket is very frustrating and I got robbed of my 5000 apples...
