Bad screen on Bubble Mania

I may be the only one still playing Bubble Mania but I love the game. Problem: my screen will not totally download. Only some of the islands are playable and my current island is not one of them. If I play a level on another island to get puzzle pieces and I win twice or play that level too many times, they take away the rewards. I have contacted support more than with complete details and a screen photo. I get the same run around every time and no solution to my problem. Is anyone else in the same boat?
