I have had a bunch of them for quite awhile so, unfortunately, probably only a few different colored petals.

building arboretum takes 15 enchanted beams, 15 luminessence, 50 living wood, and 15 builder's paste.

The goals are super easy and do not require much use of energy (6 only in total for all 4 parts unless you don't meet the building requirements) and they don't appear to be timed.
