After you craft, hatch and evolve the dragon to level 4, trade it off for 100 essences and then craft your second one if you have enough North Glows.

Okay...thanks!

I literally have about 300 north glows left to collect. Why cant I collect glows anymore. The time to create the dragon isnt even up yet. They should allow you to still collect glows while the dragon is still available.
